Good News Inspections offer construction monitoring inspections for quality control purposes. Today builders put more emphasis on speed and cost cutting at the expense of quality. Most defects go unnoticed for 3-5 years , long after the builder's warranty has expired. An unbiased inspection by a professional, licensed inspector can cut repair costs down the line.
We offer phased inspections and as well as end of year warranty inspections. Some of the defects we look for include improper grading, slab leakage, Improperly installed roofing systems and flashings, poorly installed rain diversion systems, improperly installed siding or stucco, undersized air conditioning and duct systems, and moisture intrusion. This represents only a partial list of the items we inspect that can result in future repairs and more expensive property upkeep.
